Patrick G. Warner has been successfully representing consumers, investors, debtors and small businesses for more than 13 years.  Mr. Warner's experience includes serving as co-lead counsel in large consumer class actions, negotiating contracts and leases for small businesses, negotiating complex litigation settlements, representing investors in individual and group arbitration, representing debtors who have been the victim of improper collection actions, life insurance churning and vanishing premium litigation, class action securities litigation, property tax challenges, mediation of complex settlements, and successfully litigating a wide variety of cases.
