- Allegations that Oreck Halo vacuums failed to perform as represented. A recently filed case alleges that the Federal Trade Commission brought charges against Oreck for its false, misleading, and deceptive advertising relating to the Oreck Halo vacuum and in April 2011, the FTC fined Oreck $750,000 relating to its false and unsubstantiated claims regarding the Oreck Halo.
- Allegations that Ensure® Muscle Health fails to provide the promised health benefits. Consumer Reports recently reported that “more research is needed to prove whether adding Ensure Muscle Health provides an additional benefit.”
- Improper charges to small businesses by credit card processing companies.
- Allegations of improper denials of rebates.
